Sales Guarantee

We are confident I will sell your home. However, in case we do not sell your home within the first 90 days, the seller is entitled to terminate our relationship overnight.

Communication Guarantee 

If we do not report to our seller client all activities around the listed  property in a timely manner the seller is entitled to terminate the listing agreement with two weeks notice to the end of the current month.
